# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 12


(1) Amend section 2 (actions for aliment) as follows.
(2) in subsection (2), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) for dissolution of a civil partnership, separation of civil partners or declarator of nullity of a civil partnership,”.
(3) In subsection (9), after “wife” insert “ or the partners in a civil partnership ”.
