# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 48


In Schedule 1 (statutory tenants by succession)—
(a) in paragraph 2, after “spouse” (in both places) insert “ or civil partner ” and after “spouse's” insert “ or civil partner's ”, and
(b) in paragraph 6, after “spouse” (in both places) insert “ or civil partner ”.
