# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 64


(1) Amend section 108 (meaning of “family” etc.) as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)(a), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In subsection (2)(a), after “marriage” insert “ or by virtue of civil partnership ”.
