# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 68


(1) Amend section 71 (meaning of “family”) as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)(a), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”, and
(3) In subsection (3)(a), after “marriage” insert “ or by virtue of civil partnership ”.
