# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 17


In section 30 (relatives of councillors), in subsection (6) (relevant family relationship)—
(a) after “husband and wife” insert “ or civil partners ”;
(b) after “husband or wife” insert (in both places) “ or civil partner ”.
