# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 21


In Article 2(6) (meaning of “near relative”)—
(a) after “wife or husband” (in both places) insert “ or civil partner ”, and
(b) for “by affinity)” substitute “ by marriage or civil partnership) ”.
