  "text": "In Article 10 (general civil jurisdiction), after paragraph (3) insert—\n“(3A) Except as provided by the Civil Partnership Act 2004, a county court which is not a civil partnership proceedings county court shall not have jurisdiction to hear any cause or matter to which that Act applies.”",
