# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 4


(1) Amend section 3 (uncertainty as to remoteness) as follows.
(2) In subsection (4)(a), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In subsection (5)(f), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
