# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 5


(1) Amend section 5 (condition relating to death of surviving spouse) as follows.
(2) After “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In the heading to section 5, after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
