# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 57


In Article 88 (nature of domestic proceedings), after paragraph (dh), insert—
“(di) under paragraph 54 of Schedule 15 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004 or under Schedule 16 to that Act;”.
