  "text": "(1) Amend Article 18 (prohibited degrees of relationship) as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1), for the words from “between a man” to “that Table” substitute “ between a person and any person mentioned in the list in Part 1 of the following Table ”.\n(3) For the Table in paragraph (1) substitute—\n“Part 1\nProhibited Degrees of Relationship\nAdoptive child\nAdoptive parent\nChild\nFormer adoptive child\nFormer adoptive parent\nGrandparent\nGrandchild\nParent\nParent’s sibling\nSibling\nSibling’s child\nPart 2\nDegrees of Affinity referred to in Paragraphs (2A) and (2B)\nChild of former civil partner\nChild of former spouse\nFormer civil partner of grandparent\nFormer civil partner of parent\nFormer spouse of grandparent\nFormer spouse of parent\nGrandchild of former civil partner\nGrandchild of former spouse\nPart 3\nDegrees of Affinity referred to in Paragraphs (2C) and (2D)\nParent of former spouse\nParent of former civil partner\nFormer spouse of child\nFormer civil partner of child”.\n(4) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (b), for the words “brother or sister” substitute “ sibling ”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (c), after the word “marriage” insert “ or civil partnership ”.\n(5) In paragraph (2A), for the words from “between a man” to “that Part II” substitute “ between a person and any person mentioned in the list in Part 2 of that Table ”.\n(6) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(7) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
