# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 67


(1) Amend Schedule 1 (persons by whom a medical recommendation or medical report under Article 12 may not be given) as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3, after “spouse,” insert “ civil partner, ”.
(3) In paragraph 4, after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
