  "text": "(1) Amend Article 16 (applications for financial relief after overseas divorce etc.) as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2) (no application may be made after remarriage), for “remarries” substitute “ forms a subsequent marriage or civil partnership, ”.\n(3) For paragraph (3) substitute—\n“(3) The reference in paragraph (2) to the forming of a subsequent marriage or civil partnership includes a reference to the forming of a marriage or civil partnership which is by law void or voidable.”",
