  "text": "(1) Amend Article 4 (meaning of “associate”) as follows.\n(2) For paragraph (2) substitute—\n“(2) A person is an associate of an individual if that person is—\n(a) the individual’s husband or wife or civil partner,\n(b) a relative of—\n(i) the individual, or\n(ii) the individual’s husband or wife or civil partner, or\n(c) the husband or wife or civil partner of a relative of—\n(i) the individual, or\n(ii) the individual’s husband or wife or civil partner.”\n(3) In paragraph (3), after “husband or wife” insert “ or civil partner ”.\n(4) In paragraph (8), at the end insert “ and references to a civil partner include a former civil partner ”.",
