# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 83


(1) Amend Article 302 (debts to spouse) as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In the heading to Article 302, after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
