  "text": "(1) Amend section 5 and Schedule 2 (rights of surviving spouse as respects the matrimonial home) as follows.\n(2) For “husband or wife” (in each place) substitute “ spouse or civil partner ”.\n(3) In section 5, after “matrimonial” insert “ or civil partnership ”.\n(4) In the heading of each—\n(a) after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”, and\n(b) after “matrimonial” insert “ or civil partnership ”.",
