# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 6


Paragraphs 7 and 8 apply where—
(a) one of the civil partners has been granted leave under paragraph 4, and
(b) acting under the leave, that civil partner makes an application for an order under paragraph 9 or 13.
