# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 18


In sections 39(2)(b) and 160(2)(b) (meaning of “qualifying person” in definition of “exempted disposal”), after “the spouse or a former spouse” insert “ , or the civil partner or a former civil partner, ”.
