  "text": "In section 42 (non-molestation orders), after subsection (4) insert—\n“((4ZA)) If a civil partnership agreement (as defined by section 73 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004) is terminated, no application under this section may be made by virtue of section 62(3)(eza) by reference to that agreement after the end of the period of three years beginning with the day on which it is terminated.”",
