  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“2014 Act” means the Immigration Act 2014;\n“civil partnership notice” means a notice of proposed civil partnership under section 139;\n“civil partnership notice book” has the meaning given by section 140;\n“prescribed”, except in relation to a fee, means prescribed by regulations under section 159 and, in relation to a fee, means prescribed by order under section 157;\n“registrar” means such person appointed under section 152(1)(a) or (b) or (3) as may be prescribed;\n“Registrar General” means the Registrar General for Northern Ireland;\n“relevant national” has the same meaning as in section 30A;\n“statutory provision” has the meaning given by section 1(f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (1954 c. 33 (N.I.)).",
