  "text": "The registration authority must not enter in the register the information relating to a proposed civil partnership mentioned in section 8(5) in a case where any of the requirements imposed by or under any of the following provisions of this Act is applicable but is not complied with—\nsection 8A(3) to (7);\nsection 8A(8);\nsection 9(1);\nsection 9A(4) or (6);\nsection 18(3);\nsection 19(3);\nsection 19(5A);\nparagraph 5(1) of Schedule 1;\nparagraph 4 of Schedule 23.",
