The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2A(1) of the Civil Procedure Act 1997f1, with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice in accordance with section 2A(2), and having consulted in accordance with section 2A(2A), of that Act, makes the following Order.
