# The Civil Procedure Act 1997 (Commencement No. 1)Order 1997, Article 2


Section 10 of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 (minor and consequential amendments), so far as it relates to paragraph 3(a) of Schedule 2 to the Act, shall come into force forthwith.
