# The Civil Procedure Act 1997 (Commencement No. 1)Order 1997, Article 3


The following provisions of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 shall come into force on 27th April 1997—
(a) sections 1 to 9; and
(b) section 10 (minor and consequential amendments) so far as it relates to the entries in Schedule 2 referred to in article 4.
