Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001 and shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of rules 17 and 18, on 1st June 2001;

(b)

for the purposes of rules 13, 14, 15 and 19, on 15th October 2001; and

(c)

for all other purposes on 31st May 2001.
