# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001, Article 7: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


After paragraph (6) of rule 6.26, insert—
“(7) This rule does not apply where service is to be effected in accordance with the Service Regulation.”.
