Paragraph 63.17 Appeals from the Comptroller

Part 52 applies to appeals from the Comptroller.

(2)

Patent appeals are to be made to the Patents Court, and other appeals to the Chancery Division.

(3)

Where Part 52 requires a document to be served, it must also be served on the Comptroller or registrar, as appropriate.
