  "text": "(1) This Section of this Part applies to claims in—\n(a) the Patents Court; and\n(b) a Patents County Court.\n(2) Claims in the court include any claim relating to matters arising out of—\n(a) the 1977 Act;\n(b) the Registered Designs Act 1949; and\n(c) the Defence Contracts Act 1958.",
