  "text": "SUPREME COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES\nApproved by both Houses of ParliamentMade 11th March 2005\nLaid before Parliament 14th March 2005\nComing into force in accordance with rule 1\nThe Lord Chancellor, having power by virtue of paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005, to make rules of court under section 1 of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 and paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Schedule to the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005, and after consulting the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales in accordance with paragraph 3(3) of the Schedule to that Act, makes the following Rules:",
