# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2021, Article 9: Amendment of Part 46

In rule 46.14, after paragraph (1), insert—
“(1A) This rule does not apply to a dispute to which the procedure under section 10 of Practice Direction 27B applies.”.
