# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2022, Rule 10: Amendment of Part 12


(1) In rule 12.3(3)(b), before paragraphs (i) and (ii), insert “(c)” (so that paragraphs (i) and (ii) are now part of sub-paragraph (c)).
(2) In rule 12.7(1)(b), for “Supreme Court Act 1981” substitute “Senior Courts Act 1981”.
(3) In rule 12.11(a), in subparagraphs (i) and (ii), for “claim” substitute “a claim”.
(4) In rule 12.12(8)(c), for “(5)(b)” substitute “(8)(b)”.
