Rule 30 Amendment of Part 73

In rule 73.3, after paragraph (7) insert—

“(8)

Where paragraph (1) or (5) requires service of the application notice, interim charging order and any documents filed in support of the application on a person who is outside the jurisdiction, the permission of the court is not required for service.”.
