In rule 52.19A—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) for “Section VII of Part 45” substitute “Section IX of Part 46”; and
(ii) for “45.43 to 45.45” substitute “46.26 to 46.28”; and
(b) in paragraph (2), for “45.43 to 45.45” substitute “46.26 to 46.28”.
