# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2000, Article 16: Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 44.8—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a), omit “or”;
(b) at the end of paragraph (b), insert “; or”;
(c) after paragraph (b), insert—
“(c) in either case, such later date as the court may specify.”.
