# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2000, Article 18: Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 44.14, for sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1), substitute—
“(a) a party or his legal representative, in connection with a summary or detailed assessment, fails to comply with a rule, practice direction or court order; or”.
