Article 22 Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998
In Part 47, in the list of contents,
(a)
for the words “VI DETAILED ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE FOR COSTS OF AN ASSISTED PERSON WHERE COSTS ARE PAYABLE OUT OF THE LEGAL AID FUND”, substitute “ VI DETAILED ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE FOR COSTS OF A LSC FUNDED CLIENT OR AN ASSISTED PERSON WHERE COSTS ARE PAYABLE OUT OF THE COMMUNITY LEGAL SERVICE FUND”; and
(b)
after “Rule 47.17” insert—
“
Detailed assessment procedure where costs are payable out of a fund other than the Community Legal Service Fund Rule 47.17A ”.
