  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nRule 22.1(1) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 was amended by both the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2001 (S.I. 2001/256) and the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2001 (S.I. 2001/1388). These Rules are made to correct an error arising from the fact that the second of those amendments comes into force before the first.",
