Article 4 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

in paragraph (3), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

the immigration or asylum decision to which the proceedings relate, and any document giving reasons for that decision;”; and

omit paragraph (5).
