Article 3 Amendments to Part 27 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

(1)

Part 27 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998^f1 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3) of this rule.

In rule 27.4(3)(a)(ii), for “Practice Direction 27”, substitute “Practice Direction 27A”.

(3)

In rule 27.14(2), in sub-paragraphs (b), (e) and (f), for “Practice Direction 27”, in each place it appears, substitute “Practice Direction 27A”.
