Rule 22 Amendment of Part 40

In rule 40.2(1)(b)—

(a)

after “judgment” the first time it occurs, insert “on admission”; and

(b)

for “rule 14.4” to the end substitute “Part 14 where judgment is entered by a court officer”.

(2)

In rule 40.11, omit the words in parentheses at the end of the rule.
