# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2023, Rule 25: Amendment of Part 55


(1) In rule 55.3(2)—
(a) for “his” substitute “their”; and
(b) omit “in accordance with rule 22.1(1)”.
(2) In rule 55.32(2), omit “in accordance with rule 22.1(1)”.
