# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2023, Rule 8: Amendment of Part 16


In rule 16.3(2)(b), for paragraphs (iii) and (iv) substitute—
“(iii) more than £25,000 but not more than £100,000; or
(iv) more than £100,000; or”.
