(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), at the end, for “or” substitute “and”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b)—

(i)

for “determine” substitute “assess”;

(ii)

in paragraph (i), for “making” substitute “conducting”; and

(iii)

in paragraph (ii), after “an order for” insert “and conducting a”.

In rule 46.14(5)—

(a)

for “the amount of which is to be determined by assessment” substitute “to be assessed”; and

(b)

for “for the payment of” substitute “may determine the”.
