# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2024, Rule 7: Amendment of Part 26


In rule 26.15, in Table 1, in the entry for complexity band 3(e), for “other money claims” substitute “other claims for a sum of money, whether the sum is specified or unspecified, except claims that fall under complexity band 1(b)”.
