  "text": "(1) In rule 28.7(1)—\n(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;\n(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), for the full stop substitute “; and”;\n(c) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—\n“(d) whether to order or encourage the parties to engage in alternative dispute resolution.”; and\n(d) omit the first set of words in parentheses after paragraph (1).\n(2) In rule 28.14—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (d), omit “and”;\n(ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (e), for the full stop substitute “; and”; and\n(iii) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—\n“(f) whether to order or encourage the parties to engage in alternative dispute resolution.”; and\n(b) in paragraph (3), omit sub-paragraph (a).",
