Article 13 Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In rule 30.3(2)—

(a)

for the full stop at the end of sub-paragraph (f) substitute a semi-colon; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (f), insert—

“(g)

whether the making of a declaration of incompatibility under section 4 of the Human Rights Act 1998 has arisen or may arise.”.
