# The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2000, Article 9: Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 24.3(2)—
(a) omit the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (b) and for the semi-colon after the word “rem” substitute a full stop; and
(b) omit sub-paragraph (c).
