Paragraph 54.11 Service of order giving or refusing permission

The court will serve—

(a)

the order giving or refusing permission; and

(b)

any directions,

on—

(i)

the claimant;

(ii)

the defendant; and

(iii)

any other person who filed an acknowledgment of service.
