  "text": "These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2001 and shall come into force—\n(a) for the purposes of rules 2, 5, 7, 8, 13 and 15, and this rule, on 15th October 2001;\n(b) for the purpose of rule 23, on the coming into force of so much of section 155 of the Housing Act 1996 as is not already in force; and\n(c) for all other purposes, on 25th March 2002.",
