In RSC Order 81—

(a)

in rule 7(1), for “under Order 49, rule 1”, substitute “under CPR rule 72.2”;

(b)

in rule 7(2), for “An order to show cause under the said rule 1”, substitute “An interim third party debt order under CPR rule 72.4(2)”; and

(c)

in rule 7(3), for “the said rule 1”, substitute “the said rules 72.2 or 72.4(2)”.
